Мы получили отрицательный опыт общения с этой компанией еще на допродажном уровне. Забронировали участок. Созвонились с менеджером, нас заверили, что ждут наш окончательный ответ после просмотра на следующий день. Когда же мы поехали, посмотрели и тут же сообщили, что готовы купить, услышали "А мы уже продали." Мы впустую потратили рабочий день. Абсолютно некорректное отношение к клиентам и к своим обязательствам.

Егор, бронь на участки держится не более 3-х дней. Это правила компании и менеджер не мог Вас об этом не предупредить. После чего она снимается и участок может быть куплен другим клиентом. Если Вы были на посёлке, то видели все существующие в продаже участки и можете выбрать любой другой.

Купили участок в конце 2017 года в поселке Аргуново 3 и с тех пор ждем обещанные межпоселковые дороги. В результате не можем проехать к собственному участку после дождя, не говоря уже про межсезонье, т.к. вместо дороги разбитое в жижу поле. А все это время Родные земли "кормят" обещаниями решить вопрос с дорогами. Делайте выводы граждане. Хотя "цена " вопроса - 100 метров от конца нормальной дороги до въезда в поселок.

Здравствуйте, Алексей. Ваш участок №8 расположен в Аргуново-3, к которому мы не строим дорог. И наш менеджер Андрей Шнибин говорил вам об этом в момент приобретения. В договоре написано, что во всех поселках Аргуново компания «Родные земли» обязуется построить только магистральные дороги. В частности - между Аргуново-2 и Аргуново-3, а также между Аргуново-3 и Аргуново-5. Работы будут выполняться в осеннем и весеннем сезоне. И ещё хочу отметить, что компания уже сделала магистральную подъездную дорогу к поселку Аргуново, а также дорогу между Аргуново-1 и Аргуново-2.
