Самое главное -низкие цены, возможность возврата товара без лишних вопросов,большинство заказов привозят без предоплаты ,кроме очень дорогих. Сотрудники разбираются в запчастях не на словах а на деле, есть гарантия на б/у запчасти .На сайте отображаются многие редкие запчасти ,снятые с производства ,не отображающиеся на других сайтах -конкурентах, есть возможность их привезти, например заказать радиатор HELLA на старый автомобиль по адекватной цене или очень качественный шрус на 1000 дешевле,чем у других
