Возмутительно ! Сегодня просила выдать мне справку об отсутствии задолженности по ЖКУ по состоянию на 1 апреля. Не дали! Приходите,говорит,после 10 апреля. У нас нет еще начислений за март. А у меня талончик В МФЦ на 7 апреля на оформление льгот Ветерану труда. "Ничем не могу помочь",говорит. А ведь на 1 апреля я ничего не должна, а если у вас нет еще начислений, то только после 10 числа я буду должником за март, но не 1 апреля! Сегодня направила жалобу Губернатору на некомпетентную работу вашего РКЦ. Мне придется из-за вашего упрямства и царственной значимости еще раз ехать за талоном в МФЦ, А там тоже такие же сидят, нет ,говорят, талонов на этот месяц. Спасибо за "заботу о людях"!
