На электричках крайне редко ездию и понятия не имею как ориентироваться. Решила миновать пробки на электричке. Столкнулась с проблемой. Когда по каким-то техническим причинам не работали кассы. Пришлось купить билет электронно в автомате. Дальше спрашиваю у сотрудника в синем. Как проехать до Опалихи? Куда садиться? Он мне рукой показывает в сторону двух платформ. Там их две. Я переспрашиваю. Он снова показывает куда-то там без слов. Я иду. В результате не в ту сторону прошла. Он меня выпускает. Иду через мост. Объясняют, что ваш работник мне не верно объяснил. И она мне говорит, мол видела. И мне говорит: "Покупать новый билет надо. Так все делают!" Т.е. Так все делают сотрудники хрен знают как обьясняют, что бы люди ходили и переплачивали за то, что сотрудники объяснять не умеют. Я понимаю, что умные люди там работать не будут, но что б на столько непрофессионально!. Там работает недобросовестный и неквалифицированный персонал. Объяснять не умеют, зато делают так, что б люди ходили и переплачивали. Этот случай произошёл сегодня: 10 октября 2018 года Время: 10 часов 30 минут.
