В целом люблю эту сеть и конкретно этот Ривгош очень нравится- большой ассортимент, есть нишевая парфюмерия и много товаров, которых нет в других магазинах этой сети. Неоднократно здесь были и покупали многое. Но как-то раз с мамой зашли купить духи (рассматривали нишу и премиум-сегмент). Девушка в отделе «ниши» очень понравилась, все рассказала и показала, купили у неё в итоге. А вот когда смотрели Том Форд, вышла «фифа», смотрела оценивающим взглядом, мол чего смотрите, небось денег нет? Это, честно говоря, раздражает, когда начинается оценивающий взгляд и тд. Почему я должна испытывать стресс и думать о чем то? Я просто хочу прийти, посмотреть и купить, тем более что эта фирма не ахти какая дорогая и позволить ее я себе могу. Только этим раздражают работники «люкс» сегмента. По остальному нареканий нет

Один из лучших магазинов РивГош в городе. Очень большой выбор и всё есть в наличии. Представлены бренды косметики, которых не найти в других магазинах РивГош, например, D&G, Tom Ford и т. д. Но персонал не всегда самый приятный. Иногда кажется, что там работают настолько богатые консультанты, что им не важно, купите вы у них люкс или нет (хотя за такие деньги всё должны рассказать и показать, ну или хотя бы не игнорировать). Даже, если вы сами обратитесь за помощью. А самим открывать и смотреть полки с товаром, искать что-то, нельзя. Только из-за консультантов очень часто иду покупать косметику в другой магазин.
