Хороший магазин, но меня напрягают охранники, которые постоянно следят за мной, будто я краду у них каждый раз при посещении этого магазина. Чтобы не смотрели, приходится одеваться там, будто дома я хожу в золотой пижаме и могу скупить весь магазин

Девушка, 25 лет. Очень огорчило отношение консультантов. Попросила помочь мне выбрать продукт, а вместо помощи получила взгляд «ццц что сама не можешь себе выбрать». Чувство было, что консультант хотела меня скорее слить, кстати что она и сделала при первом же удачном случае. Стоило на секунду задуматься, оборачиваюсь, а она уже пятками сверкает. Я хоть и девушка, но в косметических штучках не разбираюсь. Я понимаю, мб я чуть больше вопросов задавала, чем другие, но это лишь от моего незнания. Для этого я думала и наняты специальные люди, которые все знают помощники- КОНСУЛЬТАНТЫ, чтоб они консультировали, а не убегали от покупателя. И ничего они толком и не знают. Спросила про марку Холика (вроде так называлась), она мне быстро пробормотала что то типа «я про эту фирму ничего не знаю» и убежала к др покупателю. В общем можно долго рассказывать, какой негативный опыт общения я получила сегодня в магазине на Краснодарской. Зайду ли я еще раз туда- НЕТ! Хоть и рядом с домом, но лучше проеду пару станций метро и пойду в Рив Гош, где консультанты мило и терпеливо все объясняют понятным, доходчивым языком.... очень обидно было сегодня – показать
