Ужасное общение. Девушка по телефону начинает давить и обвинять позвонившего с вопросом человека. Дезинформирует про деятельность других организаций. Стиль общения "вас тут много, я одна!" Зато на сайте все отзывы просто идеальные. В общем, не советую. Смерть близких и так горе, а тут ещё слушать чушь от неадекватных сотрудников... Это ужасно.

Хочу выразить благодарность данному ритуальному агенству за полную организацию похорон. Когда близкий человек умер, я была настолько разбита, что не могла собраться с мыслями, не знала, к кому идти, что делать.... Благо, родственники подсказали обратиться в городское ритуальное агенство. Оказалось, что можно полностью снять с себя все организационные моменты, передав их в руки тех, кто этим занимается профессионально. Сами понимаете, это было то, что нужно — в такой момент время на то, чтобы прийти в себя и понять, как жить дальше, дорогого стоит. Агент решил все вопросы — от перевозки тела и оформления бумаг до организации поминок и отпевания усопшего. Гроб, крест и венок заказывали у них же. Удобно, что не нужно ездить по всей Москве — все можно решить в одном месте. Ну, и цены очень лояльные, все можно подобрать под разный бюджет. Рекомендую агенство всем. Здесь очень деликатно и с пониманием относятся к тем, кто потерял дорогого человека. Спасибо вам.
