Раньше работали отличные специалисты, сейчас же - криворукие неучи. Если не хотите тратить нервы и доказывать парикмахеру, что осветлённые волосы надо ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО тонировать; если не хотите, чтобы тонировкой при неумелом использовании оксида Вас превратили в жёлтого цыпленка - выбирайте другой салон скорее! Ещё: хозяйка салона объявляет по телефону одну стоимость, по завершению процедуры стоимость другая, раза в два выше, чем была по телефону. И в начале никто об этом не предупреждает. Не рекомендую к посещению.

Уважаемая, Анастасия! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв! Вы совершенно правы, цена может быть другой, чем сказано по телефону, только в том случае если клиент неверно определил длину своих волос, т.к. цена от этого зависит, или получены доп.услуги. Кроме того, мы используем обесцвечивающую инновационную пудру линии Blond Bar, при использовании которой нет необходимости в тонировании. Владелец парикмахерской Юрий.

В таком случае необходимо ЗАРАНЕЕ сообщать клиенту о том, что стоимость может быть другой, а не ставить перед фактом! Никаких доп.услуг не было оказано. Это волосы, а не ногти, которые отрастают за неделю. Вместо того, чтобы доказывать, что вы такие распрекрасные, а клиент не прав, лучше подумайте, как улучшить свой сервис и обучить мастеров!
