Два года посещаю данный салон. Очень довольна обслуживанием, хорошее оборудование, вежливые и очень проворные ребята! Делают свою работу быстро и качественно!

3 недели прошло с шиномонтажа, отвалилась гайка с колёса, сказали покупать самому. Больше сюда не вернусь.

Заехал в это отделение римэкса по пути , случайно. Раньше обслуживал машину на перекрестке амундсена- объездной. Необходим был комплекс шиномонтажа по замене шин. Что понравилось: 1)чисто 2) есть кофе, 3)приличный магазин. Что не понравилось: 1)пока выбирал товар- никто из трёх сотрудников даже ..опу не поднял, чтобы проконсультировать.2)предложили пакеты под колеса, но опять же не менеджер, а механик...3) колеса после проверки герметичности и монтажа не промыли от герметика.4) давление в шинах сделали по 3 атмосферы (узнал позднее) Вывод: простейшая операция по замене шин - создала кучу негатива в душе. Сотрудники не профессионалы своего дела. Не рекомендую данное отделение римэкса к посещению.

Через 3 недели шиномонтажа, отвалилась гайка, сказали покупать самому, потому что у них неделя гарантии на шиномонтаж. Уверили, что через неделю она отвалится могла, а через 3 недели нет. Больше сюда не вернусь.
