Римекс на Онежской 14а, ИП Басанов Александр Петрович. Ранее неоднократно менял моторное масло, ввиду простоты процедуры не пытался контролировать процесс. Слава богу не накосячили. Обратился для замены масла в АКПП, заметив сомнения на лице мастера приемщика, понял что конкретно с таким автомобилем они столкнулись впервые и процедура им не знакома. Решил проконтролировать, попросил присутствовать при замене масла, на что получил в грубой форме отказ, и от мастера и от приемщика, которые ссылались на какую внутреннюю инструкцию, нарушая мое право как потребителя. В общем, пытаются скрыть свою некомпетентность и возможный некачественный ремонт удалив клиента из ремзоны. Согласно постановлению Правительства РФ от 11 апреля 2001 г. №290. Оно называется «Правила оказания услуг (выполнения работ) по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту автомототранспортных средств». Пункт 31 этого документа прямо говорит: «Потребитель вправе в любое время проверять ход и качество оказания услуг (выполнения работ), не вмешиваясь в деятельность исполнителя. Исполнитель обязан обеспечить возможность нахождения потребителя в производственных помещениях с учетом соблюдения технологического режима работы, правил техники безопасности, противопожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии». По итогу уехал к конкурентам, на Щорса 7, сеть та же, ИП другой, где права потребителя не нарушают.
