2020 года, 29 февраля, в субботу, в 11:40 вечера я зашел в аптеку Ригла по улице нагатинская 31. И меня встретил в дымину пьяный охранник на рабочем месте. Он криво ходил и мне что-то стал говорить не членораздельное! Еще у вас работают по этому адресу обсплютно не знающие фармацевты, которые не знают наличия своего товара в аптеке и если покупатели просят товар, то товар ваши фармацевты начинвют искать вместе с покупателями, а не выдвют сразу, как подготовленные люди. Я несколько лет хожу в эту аптеку, потому что каждый раз еду по пути с работы по Нагатинской 31 и уже ваши олни и те же работники мне начинают искать товар, а не дают его сразу. И очень мне обидно за потерянные денги. Просил крем для племянницы. Фармацевт женщина пожилого возраста, которая часто там работает больная с насмарком, что тоже нельзя, позволять своим сотрудникам. Она долго читала анатации на коробках кремов, задержала меня на два часа, потому-что не была ознакомлена со своей продукцией в наличие. В итоге посоветовала мне крем за 7000 тыс. Пробника крема у вас вАптеке нет и это большое нарушение! Я не мог проверить качество и текстуру крема у себя на руке и не мог определить запаз, естт ли отдушки! Я по ее совету купил крем, когда вышел из аптеки и в машине его открыл, то вместо крема "на меня взглянула" какая-то овсяная каша! Я вас серьезно говорю, у этого крема была такая консистенция, что это как из пакета растворимая кипятком овсяная каша! Такое своей поемяннице я отдать не рискнул! Купил ей другой крем и по дешевле и по оучше качеством! В этой аптеке опасно соушать советы ваших сотрудников, кто специально втюхивают самые дорогие пролукты покупателям! Мне денег жалко!
