Сетевой магазин компании "РИФ" с рыбой и морепродуктами экстра-класса! Потрясающие полуфабрикаты для приготовления и готовые продукты в виде пресервов и копчёностей собственного производства. Приветливый персонал и широкий выбор продукции.

Всем доброго дня. Не самый дешёвый магазин, но всё равно часто покупаю именно здесь. К качеству никаких вообще претензий. Ассортимент: о многих вещах только тут и узнал. Сотрудники: были бы везде такие. Никто не давит, не нависает, не торопит. Всё расскажут, о чём спросишь. Вообщем, всё нравится. Но это опять же , как по мне

Прямо интересно, откуда такие негативные предыдущие отзывы, потому что это отличный рыбный магазин, и нигде кроме него я рыбу и морепродукты не покупаю. И знаю, что всегда в случае каких-то проблем или сложностей, можно позвонить менеджерам, которые разберутся/помогут/исправят. Рыба тут прекрасного качества, магазину полностью доверяю.

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за поддержку. Довольные клиенты обычно благодарят устно, они не заходят во все приложения оставить отзыв, хотя нам было бы приятно. Зато испытывающие негатив всегда публикуют его во все источники, несмотря на то, что мы всегда открыты к диалогу и отвечаем на 100% обращений, у многих цель не разобраться, а выставить отзыв на всеобщее обозрение. Это право каждого.

25.07 Приехали забрать заказ клиента. Начали сверять по списку. Грубо перебила девушка, сказав, что это бестолковое занятие. Говорила тоном свысока с желанием поскорее избавится. Чек при оплате наличными не выдали. При вопросе опять же свысока отбрехалась. На замечание о её тоне закатила глаза, мол мы утомили её.
