Хорошие номера, вежливый и предупредительный персонал. Хорошая сауна с большим и чистым бассейном. Рекомендую😊

Очень понравилось. Было весело, вода в бассейне чистая, есть светомузыка, выход к колонкам чтобы включить свою музыку.

Заранее бронировали. Приехали семьёй из Екатеринбурга. В пути на машине затратили более половины суток. В 22:00 часов прибыли в данную гостиницу. Ужасное место расположения! От центра десяток километров. Промзона. Бродят алкаши. Парковка прямо перед входом. Администрация не приняла нас по причине отсутствия свидетельств о рождении детей!!! Т.е. оставили на улице ночью семью с детьми , руководствуясь какими-то формальностями. Не рекомендую. Видимо это специфическое место, для соответственного контингента.

Доброго дня, Григорий! Спасибо вам за отзыв. Извините, что не смогли предоставить вам жилье, к сожалению по законам РФ мы не имеем права заселять граждан не предоставивших оригиналы документов. Нам очень жаль, что ваш отдых был омрачен данной ситуацией. Но хотелось бы поправить вас, мы находимся менее чем в 10км от центра города. И на территории гостиницы имеется бесплатная охраняемая парковка. Что касается алкашей, возможно где-то они и бродят, но точно не на нашей территории, как мы указали выше она под охраной. Желаем вам хорошего дня и отдыха!
