Купила обувь - сапоги зимние, на натуральном меху. Думала - заплачу по дороже, но хоть качественнее и теплее буду носить. Однако они расклеились спустя уже 10- дней!!! Пришла в магазин требовать полного возврата денег. Мои сапоги приняли на экспертизу какую то, хотя там и так все очевидно, плюс с момента покупки не прошло и двух недель! Гарантия! И вот теперь я должна ждать пока их экспертиза установит брак, и ходить зимой без сапог, мерзнуть и мокнуть! При этом телефон магазина и экспертов не отвечает. На требование к магазину ускорить сроки экспертизы мне ответили "Ну Вы же можете купить другие сапоги". Не могу! Нет у меня 5-10 тысяч вот так взять и выложить сразу только из-за того, что они затягивают мне законно требуемый возврат денег за бракованный товар!!!!

Магазин хороший, и цены отличные. Летом купила мужу туфли, а неделю назад купили ему ботинки. Очень хорошая обувь, и недорого!

Много раз покупала там обувь. Но вот случилось. Купила 8 июля 2020 года там пару летних бежевых туфель. 14 июля на правой туфле посинел задник. Позвонила. Сказали принести. 15 июля принесла в магазин. И тут началось. Вы ходили по лужам. Я не ходила. Ну и по лужам если, то обувь снимать нужно? А в лужу босиком? Взяли на экспертизу. Сегодня 20 июля мне еще раз напомнили, что я их намочила. А посинел туфель потому, что я носила джинсы и они закрасили правую туфлю! Но я не ношу джинсы. Конечно теперь придется нести в независимую экспертизу. Потом в суд. Не покупайте там обувь. И видно дела совсем плохи у конторы. Не дорожат покупателями и репутацией.

Магазин на твердую пятерку! Выбор обуви огромнейший, радует что есть женская обувь больших размеров.Цены вполне приемлемые, для фирменного магазина. Я постоянный покупатель магазина на Щербаковской, постоянный но проблемный)))) но ни разу без покупки не уходила, продавцы умнички!
