Отвратительно работают продавцы в залах!! Пришла сегодня около 17 купить самокат для дочери, обратилась сразу к продавцу за помощью, тот показал интересующую модель и ВСЁ! когда я сказала, что мне она не подходит, но мне все равно нужен самокат, продавец - консультант ушёл. После, не найдя никого в отделе с самокатами и велосипедами, обратилась за помощью к первому увиденному свободному продавцу (женщина разговаривала с коллегой на отвлеченные темы), та сказала, что в том отделе есть свои продавцы, обратитесь к ним, я ответила, что там никого нет, на что была просто проигнорирована... Это ужас, впервые вижу такое отношение к покупателю. На кассе все вежливо и аккуратно, к кассиру претензий нет. И ещё не маловажная деталь : мужская половина продавцов без масок.

Хочу написать про интернет магазин. Сделала я заказ с оплатой картой, чтоб из дома заплатить а муж с работы поехал и забрал бы. На второй день ожидания счета звоню узнать где обещанная ссылка для оплаты, мне ответили что заказов много и всем, чьи заказы собраны, счета разосланы. Ну ладно думаю еще подожду. Звоню сегодня, у меня наконец сообразили спросить номер заказа, после моего вопроса "а что там с моим заказом, где счет"? Оператор ответила что он отменён так как за ним никто не приехал....КАААК БЛИН ОТМЕНЁН если я до сих пор жду ссылку на оплату....Если б я выбрала оплата наличными при самовывозе вопросов бы не возникло. А так получается бардак какой то у них там с заказами, и работники плохо выполняют свою работу по обработке заказов. Прошу более ответственно выполнять свою работу.
