Покупал запчасти для велосипеда. Продавец отлично проконсультировал, помог сделать правильный выбор. Жаль, что не во всех магазинах такой отзывчивый персонал!

К самому магазину претензий нет, но сотрудники интернет-магазина это просто кошмар. Мы сделали 3 заказа на 19 тысяч и из-за сотрудников интернет магазина выкупили только 1 на 2000. Хотелось бы обратиться к руководству магазина. Вы столько денег тратите на рекламу, везде выходите в 1 рядах, продвигаете и позиционируете себя, а на обучение и анализ работы сотрудников жалеете денег? Очень странная позиция. Проанализируйте и оцените сколько денег теряете на таком уровне Ваших сотрудников. У вас прям совсем "печаль-беда", так халатно отпускаете горячих клиентов. Я конечно понимаю, что у вас большой оборот, тем неменее конверсия бы могла быть намного лучше.
