Обслуживаюсь 6 мес., у банка 1 отделение. Посмотрел что у них всегда выгодный курс обмена валюты, есть индивидуальные сейфы. Очередей нет. Есть денежные переводы и карты MasterCard. Вклады застрахованы государством. Часто вижу там соседей. Банк неделю назад прошел проверку Центрального банка. Рекомендую тем кто живет в этом районе.

Зарплатная карта у меня была. Не удобная, без PayPas, только чип. Бакоматов собственных почти нет, а на работе в день ЗП быстро опустошается. Можно и в Сбере получить, но с ограничен ем. Неудобный личный кабинет. А теперь не знаю, как карту закрыть, один офис, который в выходные не работает, а в будни работаю я.

Отвратительный банк, в котором вечно что-то не работает (начиная от уведомленй о транзакциях, заканчивая просто не работающим интерфейсом). Поддержки в принципе нет, в чате и не думают отвечать. Крайне не советую к использованию.
