Из плюсов удобное расположение, более чем демократичная цена. Номер небольшой, достаточно чистый. Из минусов фанерная дверь, сквозь щели хорошо проникает свет из коридора. Чайника в номере нет, до кулера из моего номера надо было идти почти мимо 20 дверей. При этом в номере только два стакана, в чем принести кипяток - загадка.

Ужасный персонал ! Зашли с малолетним ребенком ( 5 лет ) на ресепшене девушка разговаривала по телефону, на нас не обратила никакого внимания. После нескольких минут ожидания, я обозначила свое присутствие приветствием , на что эта девушка подняла глаза и сказала : вы что не видите я разговариваю , подождите! Эта хамка не поздоровалась! Не представилась ! На просьбу воспользоваться ребенку санузлом отказала. После окончания разговора по телефону , отказала в заселении и начала выгонять, угрожая полицией!

заезжали в номер на 2.5 дня. вежливый персонал, особенно парень. в номере не убирались, мусор скапливался, выбрасывали сами. нас заселили в номер на 4 этаже, НО в него приходилось идти лабиритами: сначала на 4этаж, потом через третий этаж, затем на 4 с другой лестницы. поначалу блуждали, легко запутаться. напрягало особенно в те моменты, когда куда-то спешили, приходилось каждый раз делать этот крюк. Плюс это небезопасно в случае возникновения пожара и тп. Так как отель находится в здании вокзала, будьте готовы, что каждый раз при входе в здание вам нужно сдавать свои вещи на рентген, что тоже напрягает. Когда будете возвращаться из метро в номер, также нужно будет сделать крюк: лабиринты из метро по территории вокзала, затем обходить здание-> ренген вещей-> лабиринт до номера. кондиционер в номере не работал, сказали, что какие-то неполадки. горячей воды не было, мылись в другом номере. но из-за всего этого сделали скидку.
