С Романом Вячеславовичем познакомились ещё в 2015 году при продаже первой квартиры, помощь в продаже и покупке другой квартиры Роман оказал как профиссионал, а именно минимум затраченного времени, выгодные условия. И вот опять расширение!!! Звоню Роману, а он говорит, что основал свою компанию, так вот компаний много а профессионалов мало, и снова быстро, выгодно и с добром. Спасибо Роман Вячеславович! Спасибо агентству "РЕСурс недвижимость".

Возникла необходимость продать квартиру в Воронеже (сам я проживаю в Вологодской области). После длительного поиска в интернете подходящего агенства, остановил выбор на АН «РЕСурс недвижимость». Созвонившись и переговорив по телефону с его директором – Потаповым Романом, договорился о встрече для первичного осмотра квартиры, её оценки и, возможно, для заключения договора. Осмотрев квартиру, Роман назвал цену выше, чем я ожидал. Договор на помощь в продаже был заключён сразу же. На второй день я увидел в интернете красивую, понятную и ненавязчивую рекламу моей квартиры. Ещё приятно поразило и наличие рекламного видеоролика. Через день Роман позвонил мне, чтобы согласовать время для показа квартиры потенциальным покупателям. После показа покупатель был найден, и я занялся сбором необходимых подтверждений об отсутствии каких-либо задолженностей по продаваемой квартире. На это ушло несколько дней. По прошествии недели после заключения договора с АН, была оформлена сделка купли-продажи. Оформление прошло быстро, без бюрократических проволочек. Роман! Благодарю за оказанную помощь, оперативность, честность, за Ваш профессиональный подход к делу. Честно говоря, я не ожидал, что квартиру удастся продать за столь короткий срок и за устраивующую меня цену. Удачи Вам, благополучия и всего самого наилучшего!
