Побывала на занятии йога в гамаках (тренер Светлана Полякова) - очень интересные озущения! Во-первых такое ощущения, что те мышцы, которые точно задействованы, чтобы поддерживать баланс в гравитации в гамаках, как будто в отысно жизни «спят». Это я почувствоваоа на слеоующмй день после занятия)) приятная мышечная боль. Во-вторых, использование аромамасел в течение тренировки как будто дополнительно «питает дух». Вроматы цитрусовых, которые предлагала наносить Света, бодрят и с тренировки я вышла в хорошем настроении. В-третьих, сама студия: все свежее, новое, в раздевалке есть душ. Приятная корзиночка косметических необходимостей тоже порадовала. Кулер с водой - важная вещь. Благодарю за приятную атмосферу, приветливость и желаю процветания этой студии и тренеру Светлане. Ах да! Шавасана в гамаке - это блаженство. Рекомендую
