В моём случае покупка квартиры в Турции осложнялась тем, что квартира у меня уже была − в Москве. То есть сначала нужно было эту недвижимость продать, обивая пороги инстанций, но, к счастью, не пришлось. Пообщался по телефону с замечательной Татьяной Сиволап, потом встретился с ней в офисе − и, считай, мои хлопоты по обмену квартир на этом закончились. Всю работу с юристами Таня организовывала сама. Воплощать восточную сказку в жизнь помогал Сергей Козлов, который консультировал с арендой машины и по мелкому ремонту.

Мы с мужем выражаем благодарность всему коллективу компании RestProperty за помощь в подборе жилья нашей мечты. Заказали ознакомительный тур через специальную форму на сайте, в течение часа с нами связались, а после обеда мы уже были в офисе для составления необходимых документов. Выбор пал на Анталию, потому что мы всей семьей уже много лет ездим туда в отпуск. Сам ознакомительный тур тоже можно назвать отпуском, потому что он длится неделю, при этом компания обеспечивает трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, жилье люкс-класса. Проводятся экскурсии по городу, и даже мы, будучи частыми гостями Турецкой Ривьеры, не знали о многих исторических фактах. Каждый день мы осматривали жилье в нескольких комплексах, в результате остановились на 3-комнатной квартире недалеко от моря (250 метров). По возвращении RestProperty привлекли своих юристов для заключения сделки в короткие сроки. Сейчас муж еще на стадии оформления документов, но я уже предвкушаю, как буду обставлять нашу новую "отпускную" квартиру.
