10.03.2020 ребята технично мне подсунули витринный образец с поцарапанным стеклом камеры. Подобные покупки типа Айфона 11 за 60000 рублей делаешь не каждый день, предидущий телефон покупал за 17000. Продавец сделал вид что распечатывает при мне, я думал может так обычно и делают чтобы на месте проверить, включил - работает, вроде все хорошо. Уже дома обнаружил косяк на камере, очень сильно растроился, действитеьно его я не заметил виноват сам, а в том что мне такой подсунули кто виноват? Никакой радости от покупки, пользоваться телефоном после такого не хочется( Позвонил на горячую линию, ответили что это не причина возврата/замены по закону, вроде как может рассматриваться только в индивидуальном порядке..

Сломался провод от телефона на apple,ещё оставался месяц чтобы поменять данный провод по гарантийному чеку,на что я получила ответ «вы сами его растянули,чтобы до конца гарантийного срока успеть и взять новый провод» (конечно это было сказано ещё более нахально,но я уж приукрашу их некультурное поведение),очень не понравилось поведение молодых людей,по их лицам было достаточно понятно,что они не хотели менять провод,а ДОЛЖНЫ,потому что гарантийный срок и есть гарантийный срок. Они наверное не знают прав потребителей раз могут настаивать на том что я сама его насильно сломала.
