В более отвратительном месте я ещё не была. Забронировали столик подруге на день рождения за две недели! Кстати, чтобы сидеть за столиком нужно заказать на 3500, не меньше. В назначенное время пришли,заняли свой столик и стали ждать официанта. Прождав 10 минут и поняв, что к нам никто не подойдёт (а также надышавшись пылью, которая покрывает и стол и стулья и насмотревшись на развешанную по углам паутину) пошли к официантам сами. Они молча нам дали меню и всё. Ну, мы старались сохранить радужный настрой,так как пришли на праздник всё-таки. После того, как выбрали всё,что нужно, позвонили официантам ( там есть специальный телефон). Никто нам не ответил. Тогда мы снова пошли к ним и попросили подойти, на что нам, одна из официанток грубо ответила, что мол времени ни у кого нет сейчас, «ждите». Прождали мы ещё полчаса и снова подошли. Теперь уже другая официантка просто напросто наорала на нас со словами «вы тут не одни, идите отсюда». Конечно, после такой наглости настроение было испорчено. Ругаться, однако, не стали, чтобы не испортить его ещё и окружающим. Кстати, за соседним столиком людям всё же удалось сделать заказ, но они ждали его уже 1,5 часа. Мы ушли оттуда. Добило ещё то, что на выходе женщина, которая продаёт билеты спросила, как мы отдохнули, мы сказали, что всё плохо и мы будем жаловаться, а она стала кричать «а как вы зашли?! Я вообще вас не видела. Как вы докажете, что там были?» В общем, не желаю никому это кафе, а руководству советую заменить персонал на более адекватный.
