В пятницу (18 декабря) сидели с друзьями в Маки Маки на Свиблово. Всё было хорошо, пока мы не собрались уходить. В спешке я оставила телефон на столе. Вернулась через 20 минут, они уже закрывались, но пустили меня внутрь. Я сказала, что забыла телефон, они ответили, что ничего не находили. «Спасибо» ЧЕСТНОМУ персоналу, в Маки Маки больше ни ногой и друзьям ни за что не посоветую.

Здравствуйте, Валерия!Я понимаю ваши эмоции и то, как вы расстроены потерей телефона.Как только мы получили ваш отзыв, то я просмотрел все камеры и поговорил с персоналом и охраной.Я абсолютно уверен в честности персонала, тк, поверьте, случаи когда гости что-то забывают нередкие.Телефона на столе вы не оставляли.Возможно, вы потеряли его на улице. Как можно было увидеть по камерам, в течение вечера (а пришли вы в 21—40, а ушли в 1—42) вы 10 раз выходили на улицу.По камерам также видно что на столе, когда вы ушли, кроме посуды ничего не оставалось.Мне очень жаль, что после того, как вы столь хорошо провели время в нашем ресторане (не буду уточнять количество алкоголя :)), позволили себе подумать, что вам умышленно не вернули телефон, и еще и написали об этом в интернете, не имея никаких оснований для обвинений.В виде исключения я готов показать вам записи камер, тк репутация нашего ресторана очень важна для меня, как для руководителя и порядочного человека.Приходите, Валерия, я вас жду.С уважением, директор ресторана Константин Лядов. – показать
