В кафе это раньше любил ходить.И один, и с девушкой, и с друзьями. И на бизнес-ланчи, и по вечерам. После установки нового приложения (типа «обновление» приложения «лояльности»)) пропали накопленные обеды. Заявку совершенно внаглую (без объяснений) закрыли, написав, что проблема якобы решена, и обеды «перенесены» в новое приложение. На то, что это не правда, не реагируют (исполнитель — Козлов Дмитрий, наблюдатели — Волкова Алина (Отдел работы с ключевыми клиентами), Романов Станислав (Отдел раб оты с ключевыми клиентами). и новые заявки не принимают. Понятно, что такое приложение снесу, и больше в это кафе не пойду — ни я, ни моя девушка, ни мои знакомые. Тем, кто хочет туда пойти, предлагаю подумать, стоит ли отдавать деньги при таком абсолютно наглом неуважении к клиентам – показать
