Испортили праздник. Ужсное обслуживание, работают в качестве официантов студенты во главе со старшим официантом или менеджером Ярославом, кто он, так и не поняла, но мнит о себе много, а по факту либо глух, либо настолько заточен под зарабатывание денег, что не слышит, что говорит клиент. (Я сказала ему сет за 1550 рублей, а он нам посчитал за 1200 тот, в котором роллов в 2 раза меньше, не 1000 гр, а 600, а цена не сильно отличается) Тараканы бегают по стульям, их заметили мои гости, стыдно🤦‍♀️ еду всю абсолютно, включая горячее, вынесли на стол до нашего прихода, все остыло. Не вынесли лимонад, тарелки пустые сама убирала на подоконник,никто к нам не подошёл. На 7000 рублей банкет заказали на 4 человека, хотели сразу содрать за обслуживание 700 рублей. Но в чеке написано, что чаевые остаются на усмотрение гостя, поэтому я не стала давать деньги вперёд за обслуживание и правильно сделала.

Ресторан "Троя" не вызывает положительных эмоций. Меню дорогое. В меню указан куриный шашлык. Жаль, не сфоткала, в таком была ступоре. Для справки, куриный шашлык выглядит вот как на картинке, нам же принесли куски резинового мяса, впечатление, что его оторвали от какого-то несчастного петуха в полете. В салате Цезарь так же лежало что-то, отдаленно напоминающее курицу, кусается с большим трудом. Три маленьких кусочка, хватит наесться белке, но не человеку. В целом, 1300 рублей я отдала за бутылочку колы 0,33, коктейль и картошку фри. На мой взгляд это дорого. Не ходите, только расстроитесь.
