Приходили обедать в воскресенье всей семьей после мероприятия. здание в театре, долго не могли понять как попасть в сам ресторан. обслуживание нормально. еда хорошо. официанты (девушка) хорошо разбиралась в меню, но не сразу подходила. один официант на три стола. в целом довольны, рекомендуем

Ресторан “Шаляпин”. 11марта, в районе 19-ти часов зашли в ресторан “Шаляпин”. Нас встретил официант – молодой человек в свитере!!! Нами был сделан заказ на семь человек, холодные закуски, вино и горячие блюда на кругленькую сумму. В ожидании заказа, минут через 20-ть, мы попросили официанта подать хотя бы вино, на что он в хамском тоне заявил, что вино подается к еде. При попытке объяснить неграмотному работнику, что вино подается по просьбе гостя он хамски нам заявил:– “Не нравится, идите в другой ресторан!” Что мы и сделали. Обидно, что хамское отношение официанта портит впечатление о ресторане.
