С сожалением, обнаружили, что 10.11.2017 данное заведение прекратило свою работу :( Еще 4 ноября функционировало, а спустя неделю - пустые залы, мебель вынесена. Учтите это при планировании вашего визита.

Я хожу в Пивачев и Рулькин уже на протяжении долгого времени. В очередной раз я позвонила забронировать столик, заблаговременно за день, бронь на будний день, очень попросила место у окна, менеджер пообещал учесть это пожелание. Когда же я в прекрасном настроении пришла и спросила, почему нам не забронирован столик у окна, а предлагают какие-то самые темные неприглядные места, мне сказали, что нет в журнале указаний про окно. Причем мне не было оказано уважения, каких-то извинений, что их менеджер не записал мои пожелания - меня просто поставили перед фактом. Прошу обратить внимание администрацию Пивачева и Рулькина, что две девушки блондинки , которые встречают и обслуживают посетителей - это беда для вашей репутации! При такой вкусной кухне, при замечательной подаче блюд от повара - эти две непрофессиональные девушки разносят еду с кислой миной и всем своим видом показывают неуважение! Причем они вроде стараются работать, но получается у них очень плохо! И это только потому, что надо сменить свое выражение лица и манеру общения. У всех бывает плохое настроение, но это сфера услуг, и клиент должен быть обслужен так, чтобы не осталось неприятного осадка! К сожалению, если я увижу в обслуживании еще раз этих дам - я просто развернусь и уйду из Вашего приличного, достойного заведения.
