к еде претензий нет, но согласна со многими отзывами, обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. официант обслуживал нас с видом усталого от клиентов человека, которому все надоели. спасибо за чаевые, 10 процентов, видимо говорить не принято. о том, что в ресторане предлагались блины как бонус на масленицу, никто не сказал. мы это увидели только в счете, как минус блины. на вопрос, какие блины? нам сказали, что можно было пробовать 5 штук бесплатно. мне не очень нужны блины, просто странно, п очему мы об этом узнаем, когда уходим? – показать

Присоединяюсь к комментариям. Персонал в гостях не заинтересован. Это минус. О «комплиментах» от ресторана не предупреждают. Вода к кофе восточному не прилагается. На просьбу принести стакан воды, официант принёс и открыл бутылку 250 мл, стоимость увидели в счете 390 рублей. Еда вкусная, безалкогольные напитки (компоты) вкусные, обстановка колоритная, Музыка хорошая. Общее впечатление от ресторана хорошее.

Ресторан великолепный. Еда и напитки прекрасные. Персонал внимательный и услужливый. Десерты замечательные. Ходим постоянно в течение нескольких лет. Неоднократно гуляли большими компаниями и просто заходили на ужин. Хотелось бы придраться, да не к чему. Прочитала отзывы и ужаснулась. Это не про ресторан «Кавказская пленница». Не верю!!! Рекомендую всем, прекрасное место вкусное и уютное. Музыканты играют и поют прекрасно, все танцуют, веселятся.
