В этот ресторан ходим давно, но первый раз решила написать отзыв. Всегда всем были довольны за редчайшими и незначительными исключениями. Место уютное, обслуживание замечательное, еда вкусная, но… Поменялся шеф-повар (теперь не Джезеппе, а кто-то другой). В последние пару походов (июнь 2016 г.) — полнейшее разочарование: на веранде действительно курят, еда из искусственных синтетических продуктов (пластиковые овощи и зелень — без запаха и вкуса), вторые блюда из нового меню — оба раза невкусны е, во второй раз — просто ужасно вид и на вкус и было подозрение, что принесли объедки, но т. к. ресторан знаю давно, подумала, что такого быть не может (хотя теперь опять сомневаюсь). Карамелизированная грудка цесарки с грибами и ягодами: не грудка, а филе без кожи, никакой карамелизации — просто тушеная, 3 (именно 3) ягоды голубики, вялые резиновые грибы без вкуса и по консистенции напоминающие мочало + совершенно убившая и без того плохое блюдо — земля из перемолотых сухарей с совершенно невообразимым вкусом. Подавать такое гостям не просто стыдно, но и неприлично. Если у руководства ресторана есть желание, я могу подсказать шеф-повару, как исправить это блюдо (я не повар), или убрать блюдо из меню. – показать
