Могло бы быть неплохое место, если бы уровень претензий (в ценах, в позиционировании заведения) соответствовал бы качеству еды и обслуживания. Были здесь три раза. Впечатления от всего по нисходящей. Готовят очень долго. Официантка не очень хорошо ориентируется в меню. Пришлось перезаказывать, потому что какие-то блюда «кончились». Та же история с вином. Народу было немного, но персонал довольно безразличен к гостям.

Абсолютно правильно понимаете.У Вас очень плохая кухня в корне. Смените шеф повара, он не в состоянии делать вкусно, только красиво и пафосно.
