Девушка, которая работала на выдаче в ресторане в ТЦ «МИЛЯ» сегодня, 28 апреля, в районе 20.00, — хамка! Поучает клиентов, отвечает грубо. На просьбу дать к большому заказу пакет с ручками хамит, требует, чтоб клиенты заказывали пакет на кассе. Это при том, что ни один сотрудник на кассе никогда не предлагает пакет с ручками, а в терминале для самостоятельного заказа, которыми оборудована в том числе и эта точка, вообще невозможно найти эту функцию: предлагается дополнительно приобрести салфетк у, напиток, картошку, дополнительный соус, но не пакет. И это не единичный случай ошибки или плохого настроения сотрудницы. Одну и ту же сцену я наблюдала трижды за то время, что ожидала свой заказ. Хорошо, что рядом с метро Жулебино есть еще один МакДональдс, лучше в будущем буду ходить туда. – показать
