Ожидание долгое , закажешь первая приготовят 20 , все холодное , сначала положили на поднос и прождали минут 20 пока бургер приготовят , обслуживание отвратительное

Сегодня зашел перекусить на KFC, парень который на кассе грубый и неодекватный, зовут его Улугбек. Салфетки за деньги предлогал, я уж об остальном излогать не собираюсь. Находитьс этот KFC ул. ПРОСПЕКТ МИРА РЯДОМ С МЕТРО АЛЕКСЕЕВСКАЯ.

Первый раз в жизни купил гадость в КФС на мира 45. Сегодня, 6.03.2019 года около 22.30 сделал заказ на автоматической кассе, номер не помню, заканчивался на 45. На помощь парню, который зашивался-пришёл высокий парень и начал обслуживать. Заказал два бургеры в белой булке(второй или третий слева во втором ряду на автомате) с добавлением бекона в обоих, оригинальные, одного твистера оригинального, ещё одного твистера с мясом из бедра тоже оригинального, две картошки среднее (разные) и 6 острых крыльев. Когда парень стал отпускать номера (последние цифры) 46 и 47, то я спросил почему так, он ответил, что мне тоже щас будет. Он взял два чёрных бургеры и швырнул на столешницу без подноса, потом, когда стал собирать мне, то я напомнил, что у меня с собой. Он все из подноса кинул в пакет и забросил туда этих бургеров со столешницы. Я забрал и ушёл. Дома обнаружилось, что эти бургеры были не мой, так как они были чёрные, да ещё и острые(мне острое противопоказано), курица там лежит чёрная, пережаренная (в обоих) да так, что во рту горечь, беконом там и не пахло. Вместо второго твистера положил широкий в лаваше с говядиной, и тоже мясо аж чёрное и горькое, пережарено. Он со своей безолаберностью и невнимательностью испортил мне ужин. Почти с открытия этого заведения являюсь частим посетителем заведения, но такого не разу не попадалось. Я разочарован. – показать
