Раньше было лучше Достоинства: Не дорого Недостатки: Еда, персонал Уже несколько лет переодически посещаю и заказываю Tuk-tuk. Все всегда нравилось, вкусно, сытно, мелко порезано, хорошие соуса. Но не в последний раз. Во Французском бульваре у Тук-тука не работал один экран, где обычно показывают инфу про "собери свой вок". В меню у них я это не нашёл, но продавец сказала, что собрать можно. Я попросил сказать мне сколько будет это стоить. Она сказала да, но пока заказывал ни одного числа не прозвучало. Собрали вок, не было стеклянной лапши(. Заказ приготовили очень быстро(будний день 13:00-14:00). Все отлично, думал голодный, но курица в воке была совершенно сухая и жёсткаяи её было мало. Почти не чувствовался терияки. И то что меня поразило - полсантиметра масла на дне коробочки. (Я отличаю масло от соуса и сока с овощей). Овощи и лапшу испортить сложно, поэтому сьев их, я ушл. Я хотел зарядить телефон, спросил у девушки где это можно сделать, она ответила, что новенькая и не знает ничего сдесь...

Очень плохо Достоинства: Удивил только курьер) Недостатки: Долго. Не знают свое дело Сделала заказ. Две лапши, вышла сумма свыше 200 гривен, позвонила оператор подтверждать заказ и сказала что якобы нахожусь в зоне "б" И из-за этого сумма заказа на бесплатную доставку увеличилась до 300, я ей обьяснила что там не было ничего указано, она отпиралась и говорила что так. Назло открыла карту, как она сказала. Там написано, что на любой район города 200 гривен для бесплатной доставки. Долго ждали, так что аж пропало настроение кушать. Не культурны, не компетентны. Ужасно.
