Добрый день! Вчера 12 марта отдыхали у вас в заведении по адресу Тверская дом 7 бар Мумий Тролль! Во время танца с моим мужем к нам подошел охранник и в грубой форме начал выводить на улицу -со словами, что на вас поступили жалобы. Мы с мои мужем последовали за ним. Я попросила предоставить книгу жалобу, так как нам не объяснили причину вывода из клуба. Ваши все сотрудники стали нам грубить, после администратор девушка дала книгу , но я еще долго просила ручку, вместо ручки она дала карандаш. Я попросила сказать ее имя и фамилию, но она не стала отвечать и ушла, после мы стали записывать это все на телефон видео. После чего охрана в грубой форме, начала заламывать нам руки, вытолкала нас на улицу и украли наш телефон! Айфон 6! После того как мы просили спокойно отдать нам телефон, нас послали куда подальше, после мы вызвали полицию. Соответствующее заявление по данному факту находится в отделении полиции. Просьба просмотреть камеры и оценить поведение ваших сотрудников!
