Хорошие и приветливые продавцы в наземных магазинах, всегда желающие помочь. Была в ТЦ Охотный ряд и выражаю благодарность продавцам. К сожалению не удалось купить нужную пару сапог из-за отсутствия размера. Оформила заказ в интернет магазине несколько раз, но так и не удалось решить мой вопрос ни с первого ни со второго звонка. Абсолютно не клиентоориентированные и хамящие + БЕСПОКОЯТ операторы в интернет магазине, Так и не смогли ответить ни на один мой вопрос. В каком магазине в Москве есть несколько 39 размеров, и где и как я могу их приобрести в ближайший день. И привезут ли мне новую пару сапог в дату доставки. Оператор начинает кричать и бросает трубку.

Хороший магазин с удобным расположением. Интересный ассортимент качественной обуви. Покупали жене босоножки. Персонал оперативно помог с выбором модели и подбором размера. Вежливо и приятно. Покупкой довольны.
