Обувь вроде неплохая, но при первых проблемах сотрудники показали себя с не профессиональной стороны. Второй раз покупал обувь в магазине Respect в Autlet Village на Белой даче. С первой парой все пока хорошо. Пару месяцев тёплого сезона успел отходить. Что касается зимних ботинок, на второй день минимальной носки, до автомобиля и обратно, разошлась строчка на верхней части пятки, при чем брак видимо в том, что она была очень близко к краю и порвалась кожа от каждого места продевания нитки, сразу на 8 швах. Думал, всякое бывает, верну и возьму другие. Придя в магазин, мне сказали, что это не брак, так как нет сквозной дырки. Шов проклеен, а строчка декоративная. Было очень странно слышать такое. Видимо декоративные элементы, если они такие на самом деле (шов двойной, проверять не стал), никак не влияют на оценочную стоимость обуви Respect. После долгих споров, ботинки взяли на оценку браковщику. Выпросил расписку, что оставляю данную вещь на экспертизу. На следующий день мне позвонили, и сказали, что я могу приехать и оформить возврат. Только это мне обошлось в три часа времени и не маленькие затраты на проезд, не говоря о нервах. Интересовался у десятка человек, включая продавцов в других магазинах, и все без раздумий говорили, что это брак. Советовали даже оформить независимую экспертизу. Ситуация сильно снизила лояльность к бренду.
