Всегда нравился этот магазин, ассортимент хороший и со скидкой можно купить приличную обувь. Но сегодня полностью разочаровалась. Полторы недели назад купила осенние ботинки, вроде размер мой, но прям впритык. Думала, кожаные - разношу. Пару раз дома пробовала разнашивать, но поняла, что бесполезно. Жмут. Хотела сделать возврат. Не тут то было. Мне сказали, что я их надевала на улицу. Что-то там увидели на подошве. Принесли для сравнения пару с прилавка(на одном ботинке была прикреплена этикетка), когда я покупала на моих ничего не было. Сказали, сравнивайте подошву, кроме небольшой пыли, которую можно увидеть в микроскоп и которая могла туда попасть при примерке в магазине, я ничего не увидела. Но продавцы громко и со знанием дела уверяли, что я их носила на улице🤷. Хотите, делайте экспертизу за свой счет. В итоге, я ушла. Решила проще маме ботинки подарить. А про этикеточку на ботинке потом вспомнила, думаю я не первая хозяйка у этих ботинок. Поэтому, совет- когда покупаете, переворачивайте и изучайте подошву тщательно и чтоб этикетка была на одном ботинке, а то взяли у кого то, другому продали. Просто молодцы! Больше я туда не вернусь. Осадочек остался.
