Пользовался услугами больше года,все было на пять с плюсом. Далее не предупредили о том что заканчивается страховка проездил два дня без нее,(было сказано что звонили но не дозвонились) о необходимости сделать тех осмотр так же посчитали ,что предупреждать не нужно. Делать конечно они не обязаны этого,но если такое процветает в мелочах то дальше вряд ли что хорошего от таких работников дождешься((.

В ванной прорвало трубу и кафель, и плинтуса в том числе и в прихожей были повреждены. Обратился в страховую за дальнейшими действиями. Через неделю, возможно чуть больше пришел независимый эксперт, произвел оценку ущерба. И вскоре перечислили возмещение. Сейчас уже все восстановлено. Спасибо специалистам этой компании,что не подвели.
