Абсолютно неквалифицированный специалист, пытались поменять омс в связи с изменением фамилии - на все про все ушло больше часа!! Сотрудник не знает куда нажимать в программе, что выбрать, пять раз перепечатывали заявления, связывались со службой поддержки. Вообщем ужасно!!!!
