С 2017 по 2019 (трижды) делал ОСАГО у менеджера Ракчеевой Натальи. Делал не глядя, целиком и полностью доверяя ей. Перед окончанием срока действия каждого полиса Наталья в лучших традициях профессионального менеджера "интересовалась" как у меня дела, поздравляла с праздниками и т.п. Одним словом была "предельно вежлива". В 2020г. прислала мне стоимость на новый полис (5323р.) с учётом изменения места прописки у меня. Я удивился, что повышение небольшое, т.к. новое место прописки не провинциальный городок, а областной центр с населением более 1 млн.чел. Т.е. коэффициент и, соответственно, стоимость должны быть выше. Решил проверить в других офисах ОСАГО, где мне выставили счёт в 7000р. Я решил, что цифра в 5323р. лишь приманка, где меня в итоге поставят перед фактом в 7000р. Главное - чтоб приехал. Она знала, что ехать мне далеко. В итоге несколько раз уточнял по телефону в обоих офисах РЕСО и в каждом повторяли разные цифры - 5323 и 7000р. После разговора Натальи с агентом другого офиса РЕСО, который говорил о 7000р, в телефонном разговоре уже со мной Наталья сбрасывала трубку, но после кое-как согласилась со мной поговорить. В разговоре она дерзила, хамила и нехотя призналась, что стоимость, всё-таки, будет 7000р. А ведь я всего лишь хотел правды. Я так и не понял, почему же в итоге ко мне пропало всякое уважение просто как к человеку, и куда же делась вся её вежливость ко мне как к потенциальному клиенту? Если уж решите оформлять у них ОСАГО, то тщательно и полностью проверяйте Заявление, т.к. ответственность за подачу информации о себе полностью лежит на Вас и Вы будете подписывать это заявление.
