Отличный офис потому что он работает 24 часа в сутки и без праздников и выходных,это очень удобно когда вдруг страховка на авто закончилась в воскресенье когда большинство офисов страховых компаний не работает.Можно зайти в любой момент,это очень удобно.

Общалась с сотрудником другого офиса, (нужно было оформить страховку на квартиру, для банка), оказалось что по каким то причинам для конкретно моего банка оформляет только данный офис. Передали информацию по мне сотруднику Максиму, который не предоставил никаких расчетов и даже не подумал со мной связаться. Сервис и клиентоориентированность просто на нуле!!!
