Компания оказалось абсолютно не клиентоориентированной, а точнее трудящиеся там. Заказывала лампы для акватеррариума. Ждала заказа неделю, в день когда я должна была забрать заказ(суббота, время работы до 18:00), мне позвонила дама и сообщила, что сегодня они работают до 17:00, я понимая что не успеваю попросила перенести на понедельник, меня соединили с мужчиной, который сразу ударился в хамство и угрозы(если я не приеду сегодня до 17:00 до он отменяет заказ и т.д.). (Запугать тоном и наездом на меня у него не получилось. Спасибо моим Папе и Маме) На что я попросила тогда работать до 18:00, как и написано на сайте, потому что находясь на другом конце г.Москва я лично не успею к 17:00! На что мне заявили, что это мои проблемы и переносить на другой день, или работать до 18:00 никто не собирается, потому что они сегодня хотят закончить работать пораньше. Занавес! Дальше обсуждать что-либо я не видела смысла(хотя с удовольствием пообщалась бы с их руководством) и решила, что данной компании я лично не дам заработать на себе ни-ко-г-да!

Никогда больше ничего и никогда не закажу в этом магазине!при оформлении заказа меня попросили оплатить заказ в течение 2 дней, якобы на товари наложили бронь.но на самом деле никто ничего отправлять не торопился !После оплаты-тишина!!! Мой заказ мне отправили только через месяц! Сколько я писала менеджерам, самим хозяевам!!!! Толку было ноль!!! Никто ничего не знал!!! Через месяц мне сказали про какой-то "дозаказ"!!! И только в этот день отправили! Спустя месяц! Ни за что не воспользуюсь хотя бы еще раз их услугами. Безответственные! Я осталась в бешенстве!
