оплатили покупку, а заказ не доставили. на письма не отвечают. просто обманывают

Добрый день, пожалуйста предоставьте информацию о платеже на почту zakaz@rapshop.ru Дело в том, что мы не принимаем предоплату, только оплата при получении. Возможно вы нас с кем то путаете, так как клиента с вашими именем и фамилией нет в нашей базе. Спасибо.

В Рэп Шоп покупала себе черную кепку Billionaire. Сразу хочу сказать, что покупкой осталась очень даже довольна. Доставили с небольшим опозданием, ну и ладно. Зато кепка оригинальная и полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию на сайте. Так же, хочу отметить действительно приемлемые цены магазина и большой ассортимент товаров. Определенно рекомендую.
