Делать работу нужно либо хорошо, либо вообще её не делать. Начну с элементарного – обслуживание номеров. Прикрутить розетку, проверить работу телефона и освещения, качество крепления туалетных аксессуаров и занавесок в комнате необходимо проверять ПЕРЕД заселением в номер. Ванна с грязными подтёками и бумажкой с надписью "cleaned" (хотя должна быть надпись "W. C. disinfected") - это как то не честно, по отношению к клиентам. Вы считаете правильным ограничивать работу кафе в будние дни (когда гости вашего города заняты работой, порой до позднего времени) восемью часами вечера, при том при всём, что работа доставки еды у Вас в городе так же налажена не на высшем уровне. Кафе у вас славное, и подача блюд хороша, но вот график перечёркивает все положительные эмоции. Ну и перейдём к "лицу! или как говорят к "визитной карточке" вашего предприятия услуг - ресепшен. Это вообще ужас. Во-первых, мою просьбу сделать мне документы по оплате предоставляемых Вами услуг (элементарное выставление счёта) за весь день проигнорировали. Глупые отмазки, типа, счёт делается только при фактической оплате, - это бред и глупость!!!! Попробуйте поспорить! Втрое - что это за правило такое - оплата номера только в определённые часы??? А если мне СРОЧНО понадобиться съехать заранее в 3 часа ночи - как быть? Что за бред и некомпетентность??? Я просто в шоке от вашей гостиницы, господа учредители! Я постараюсь, что бы о вас узнали не только по красивым фотографиям на сайте гостиницы, но, и по отзывам на сайтах всевозможных агреаторов гостиничного бизнеса. Очень досадно приехать в красивый город и получить вот такое отношение.

уютная тихая гостиница,номера не плохие,даже есть свой мини спортзал. В общем все хорошо. Нам понравилось
