Банк Ренесанс Владивосток ужасное место для кредитования. Люди, бегите, как услышите это название. Дозвониться невозможно, автоответчик рассказал обо все на свете, но не на мой вопрос. Сотрудники не отвечают. Погасила всё, говорят про задолженность на 3 дня вперёд. Эти дни ещё не наступили, а я им уже должна. Бред.

Такой бред, заказали карту в чт, доставку на сб, в сб курьер заявил, что ему не до наших заказов и он в уссурийске, договорились в вс, в вс у него выходной, ну действительно, об этом же сложно было сказать заранее. Решили, что подъеду сама в пн, при этом курьер заявил, что ему все равно, о чем клиенты договариваются с банком, лучше бы подробнее узнавали об условиях кредитования! В итоге, карту в пн забрать не удалось, поскольку, сама карта готова и она у меня уже в руках, а вот активировать он ее не может, ее нет в программе, куратору он дозвониться не смог и дальше самое интересное, я звоню в банк, говорю, мол хочу получить карту в банке-самостоятельно, ибо курьерская служба не очень-то клиентоориентирована... но вот банка в нашем городе нет и соответственно по-другому никак!🤬 как итог оформила виртуальную карту, правда лимит в 3 раза ниже и она уже не нужна...

Бесполезные и грубые сотрудники, не оказывающие никаких услуг, кроме выдачи кредитов. За что им заработную плату платят не понятно.

Офис закрыт, никаких вывесок о графике работы нет, не говоря уже о графике работы в праздничные дни. Соответственно оплатить кредит тоже никак нельзя. Отвратительно.

Добрый день. Сведения о графике работы отделений размещены на сайте банка https://rencredit.ru/about/news/rezhim-raboty-ofisov-renessans-kredit-v-novogodnie-prazdniki2020/. С 1 по 8 января 2020 все отделения банка будут закрыты. С 9 января 2020 офисы возобновят работу в обычном режиме. А про время обеда сложно указать? Звонила для уточнения обеденного времени, ТРУБКУ НЕ БЕРУТ!! Ехала через весь город, по всем пробкам, в итоге приехала в обеденное время!
