Отвратительное отделение и банк. Места мало , консультанты некомпетентные. Оплата кредитов- это какой -то колхоз. Купюры только по 1 принимают, оплаты картой нет(днище просто). Чтобы досрочно погасить просят звонить в колл центр , из их отделения. Уровень -дно. Никогда не обращусь в этот банк

Пришла на закрытие вклада в отделение на Таганской. Под предлогом экономии мне времени зачем-то заставили подписать меня тот же самый договор вклада, который закончился. Прочитала, текст тот же, подписала. Затем пытались заставить подписать заявление-анкету на трех листах, где указано, что я согласна на передачу всех моих данных включая фото третьим лицам третьим лицам. Я отказалась. На это сотрудник демонстративно хамски мне заявил, что будет 40 минут искать в своих файлах мой договор.

Данное отделение банка Ренессанс действительно очень популярно и тут очереди. Но, ребята работающие там стараются максимально всем помочь и проконсультировать. А вот руководству вышестоящему пора бы задуматься над расширением помещения и штата, учитывая загруженность данного отделения :)

Кроме того, наряду с личным визитом в офис банка мы предоставляем и дистанционные сервисы обслуживания – Интернет-банк/ мобильное приложение, позволяющие клиенту оперативно выполнить необходимую ему операцию/ получить информацию, не посещая отделение.
