Плачу все во время или даже заранее. А мне говорят у вас задолженность на 17.03.2020. как блин если сегодня только 14.03.2020????? Как такое возможно??? А дозвониться не возможно! Почему??? Наверное так выгоднее. Зато звонить и предлагать кредиты по пять раз время есть.

Добрый день. Списание ежемесячного платежа по вашему кредиту происходит 13-го числа каждого месяца. Увы, в этом месяце оплата не была произведена в указанные сроки, что и привело к возникновению просроченной задолженности. О чем уведомили вас по смс уже на следующий день. Отвратительная работа с клиентами. Впечатление, что на разных языках. Хотя по отдельности слова русские, но смысл совершенно не доходит. Пришла взять платёжку для возврата налогового вычета, а всучили справку. Объяснить, почему справку, не смогли. Мол, это всё, что мы можем. Придётся пробовать в другом отделении. Вдруг повезёт и окажется компетентный сотрудник? Чудеса же случаются?

А****У.
Каждый визит в этот Ужасный банк, заканчивается нервным срывом! При оформлении одно, а после выясняется вовершенно другое! Самое элементарное, справку долго не могла получить о закрытии кредита! После скандала через 40 мин, нашелся способ выдать мне ее! Что за бред происходит в этом банке?!
