Ребят, не берите у них кредиты и не пользуйтесь вообще этим банком, нагревают на все, от каких то смс и комиссии в своих же терминалах/кассе до возрастания процента по кредиту. Горячая линия, сплошные хамки.

Добрый день. Условия кредитной сделки известны до подписания кредитной документации. Размер процентной ставки также указан в кредитном договоре, ставка фиксированная и не меняется на протяжении действия кредита. Что касается дополнительных услуг, то их подключение происходит с письменного заявления клиента, мы не настаиваем на приобретении опций. При внесении средств на счет через терминал нашего банка комиссия не взимается. Комиссия в кассе банка обусловлена Тарифами комиссионного вознаграждения банка. Ничего не понравилось. Седят три девушки. Одна на респе,которая,полагаю,хоть и неохотно,но выполняет большинство работы. Две за столом. Одна не соображает от слова совсем. Вторая хамит так, послать хочется. Не соображает вообще. Пытается обмануть,и если ты начинаешь возникать,по поводу начинает открыто хамить. Такой банк вижу впервые. Горячая линия у них не лучше. Видел отзывы ранее,но посмеялся. Теперь не смешно. Берут по внешности,а не по мозгам.
