Это самые настоящие мошенники! Вы не представляете , в какую западню я попала с ренессанс кредитом! В 2018 году я решила сделать рефинансирование в Сбербанке и закрыть таким образом кредит в ренессанс. Сбер дал мне список документов , которые я должна была принести из ренессанс, ренессанс выдал мне необходимую справку с остатком , который надо внести для досрочного погашения. ВНИМАНИЕ!- Сбербанк перевёл деньги в соответствие с этой справкой. Прошло почти 3 ГОДА , эти мошенники молчали , теперь говорят , что Сбербанк внёс НЕ ДОСТАТОЧНО ДЕНЕГ для досрочного погашения кредита и требуют, чтобы я выплачивала им ежемесячно в соответствие с договором , который я заключала с ними ранее! А те деньги , что перевёл сбер, они аккуратненько списывали в счёт ежемесячных платежей👌и что значит не достаточно?! Сбер выплатил столько денег, сколько было написано в справке! По итогу , как оказалось, рефинансирования не было по факту , теперь мне типа надо выплачивать двум банкам , одному 15т.р. , другому 12т.р. Помимо того , что я буду обращаться в суд , я ещё и везде где можно буду писать свой отзыв об этих аферистах ! Документы из архива Сбербанка уже поднимают. Фу, таких конченых , как вы , я ещё не встречала

Ни один год уже пользуюсь услугами банка: взял 3 кредита(суммы пока не большие) и полностью доволен! Очень удобная система оплата, не смотря на единственный банкомат в отделении банка, расположенного в удачном месте! С сотрудниками всегда находил общий язык. Сотрудничал более, чем с 3мя банками - этот лучший из них! Если снова нужны будут деньги, без раздумий пойду именно к ним!
